Description

On the obverse of coins the emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan is depicted. On the coin circumference the inscription “500 TENGE”, the inscription “REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN” in English, the inscription “Ag 925 31,1g”, denoting the metal from which the coin is made.

On the reverse of coins is a collage of the iconic buildings of Astana. In the upper part there is an inscription “ASTANA” and a stylized holographic image of the sky. In the lower part there is a stylized image of the number “20” filled with a holographic image of the national ornament, the inscription “YEARS” and the inscription “1998-2018”, indicating the year of formation of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the year of coinage.

Images and inscriptions on the obverse and reverse side of the coins are embossed, along the circumference the protruding edge.

The lateral surface is corrugated.

Coins are made of 925 silver, weight 31.1 ± 0.31 grams, diameter – 38.61 mm, quality – “proof”, mintage – 2000 pieces.

The coin comes with certificate of authencity (COA), in capsule and in original coin stand.
