Paypal Standard– you can pay directly from your Paypal balance or using your credit or debit card.
Paypal Checkout – you can pay via Paypal using domestic payment options like SEPA, BLIK, iDEAL, Venmo and others depending on your location.
Credit or Debit Card – you can pay with your VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX even if you do not have a Paypal account.
Bank transfer (EUR, GBP) – SAVE 2% – you can pay directly to our bank accounts in Europe. The payment should arrive within 5 calendar days.
Payoneer – you can pay directly from your Payoneer account.
Western Union / Moneygram (USD) – you can make a payment in cash via Western Union or Moneygram. The payment should arrive within 5 calendar days.

Worldwide Shipping
Registered Letter: from 6 USD.
Maximum insured amount: 10 USD.
Only available for the light weighted items.
Delivery Time: 5-45 days (15 days on average) depending on a destination.
Value declaration: The Letter Service is always shipped undeclared.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is not recommended to ship your order with Registered Letter to the destinations where a customs declaration is required. Please contact your domestic customs before choosing this shipping option as you are fully responsible for the issues (including a return) related to the undeclared shipping with Registered Letter.
Registered Mail: from 17 USD.
Maximum insured amount: 40 USD.

Value declaration: The Small Packet Service (up to 2 kg) is either shipped undeclared (available for banknotes and a limited number of unboxed coins) or valued for up to 30 USD. The Parcel Service (over 2 kg) is normally valued for up to 100 USD. If you need a specific value declaration you should note that clearly.
Insured Mail: from 35 USD.

Insured Mail is NOT an expedited or a courier or an express postal service. This is a normal registered mail that includes an insurance.
After we received your payment
The order will be dispatched within 3 business days after cleared payment arrives. We will provide you with a tracking number just after shipping.
If an order is too large for a security reason we have the right to divide the order into two or more shipping without prior notification. You do not need to pay any additional postage of course.
We always package the orders professionally! We do our best to send the orders in such way that you would not pay additional customs duties or any other fees. However, please remember that we are not responsible for any customs/border duties or fees payable in your country.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is your responsibility to put the shipping details correctly. We do not check correctness of provided addresses or any other personal data.
If you have found you entered a wrong shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet we would correct the address. Otherwise you should contact your local postal service to arrange a delivery.

Delivery time & insurance issues
You are responsible for choosing appropriate method of shipping and insured amount suitable to you. It means that you agree to wait for the appropriate delivery time before sending us an undelivery claim. It also means that in case of proved and confirmed loss of your package we will be able to refund you only insured amount according to the shipping method you have chosen.
Please allow at least 35 days if you do not receive your shipment. We will NOT accept the request if you submit it before 35 days of a dispatch. Also be noted that the most postal services need additional time (up to 90 days) for the case’s investigation.
If you believe a shipment to be lost, please wait for the appropriate delivery time (see above) to expire, then e-mail a claim to us stating your order details. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
